The location is truly convenient, with good restaurants and a bamboo fitness center just steps away; anything a bit farther can be reached by bike. The bungalows, though, feel a bit out of place right on the ocean front, and the rooms are worn out, though daily housekeeping keeps the sheets clean. I would suggest replacing the towels with fresher ones.

“Lovely place, really friendly staff - will be back”

A gorgeous little oasis amid the busy Bingin, the bungalow feels like a forest retreat with a great pool and staff who are incredibly friendly and always around, so you feel your belongings are safe. My only gripe was that after 9 nights my towels and sheets weren’t changed, which was a bit disappointing.

“Great place in a great location”

The location is amazing and the pool area is very nice. The staff are helpful and kind, arranging bikes and taxis for us. The property is marketed as adults‑only, yet we saw children in the pool on a few occasions, and whenever I tried to buy refreshments they were always out of stock.

A nice hotel, better options exist, good service. It’s a bit far from the center; I had a scooter, so it didn’t matter.

“Decent but unappealing”

The hotel sits close to the lively area, offers a nice pool, a comfortable bed, and responsive staff. I found Saturday night a bit noisy, but other nights were fine. The room comes with a mini‑fridge, kettle, and a pleasant outdoor seating area. However, the value feels lacking: the room’s plain white décor and grey curtains made it look bland, and a mirror or wall art would help. Noise from outside and the next villa’s bathroom is audible, and the curtains don’t fully block the windows, raising privacy concerns. The bathroom door only opens with a key, which is inconvenient, and the drain was clogged. I didn’t bother to ask for help, but the staff would have fixed it. Overall, a series of minor issues that erode the value.
