Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf

The building’s location and style were great, but the place was dirty, the elevator was unreliable, and the room itself wasn’t clean.

“Bugs, two rooms and require me to pay separate with two deposits”

The rooms sat right next to each other, which was convenient, but bugs came out of the fridge and microwave, the exhaust fans were broken, the staff wouldn’t provide extra towels, and we were two adults with two kids.

“Did not stay.”

The room had a lot of mold on the carpet and chair, the sheets were dirty, and the front‑desk guy wouldn’t give me another room or refund my money.

“Horrible!! Not worth $.01 to stay! Terrible staff, terrible stay!”

We arrived at 3 pm and had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The rooms were dirty, the whole facility smelled old and musty, and we paid cash for both the room and the deposit so it could be returned on check‑out. When we tried to get the deposit back, the front desk said the system was down and they couldn’t refund it. We asked for extra towels and were told none were available. Breakfast was awful: the food was undercooked, the pancakes were runny, the cereal was stale, and there were no bowls to serve it. The juices were hot, and the only other option was stale donut holes. The ice machines on the third floor didn’t work. The pool was closed. The refrigerators were moldy inside. Bathrooms were dirty, tubs were stained, and the bed linens were stained and smelled of smoke.

“Malo”

The place was not good. The fridge was broken and the microwave was also bad.
