Hotel Santander Plaza

“Pésimo hotel”

When we arrived, there weren’t even two rooms available; they kept the price for a single room with two beds, but at night we found cockroaches, so we left immediately and the hotel didn’t offer any refund or apology.

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and clean, the service attentive and the food good. Everything I liked.

Nothing positive; they didn’t honor the reservation that had been confirmed.
