I was told via email that I could buy a breakfast ticket for 1000 yen at check‑in, but the front desk charged me 1400 yen. They also didn’t explain anything when I checked in, and I couldn’t find basic items like a toothbrush, so I had to ask the front desk several times.

The hotel is close to Yonezawa Station, which is great. I wish they had fruit for breakfast. I hung a cleaning request sign, but neither cleaning nor towel changes ever happened.
