The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was nothing to criticize.

The dinner was tasty and reasonably priced, and the shuttle to the airport was also fair and well managed by the team—thanks again. The room had warm water in two of the four showers, a pleasant design, and was clean. However, two showers had cold water, lights from outside shone into room #1 at night (an opaque drape would help), there were no mosquito nets even though they were listed, and the walls and doors were thin, letting in noise and light (luckily no other guests were around during our stay).

The hotel was new, clean, and neat, and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate our early breakfast request. A 2‑point plug and a hairdryer would have been a nice addition.
