The staff were very accommodating and the room itself was clean and nice. No negatives.

I could hear noise from the neighboring room, which made me uncomfortable; my skin was itchy in bed, and there was an insect in the kitchen.

“you get what you pay for but they could do better on improving the rooms and cleaning it. needs repairs too.”

The staff were friendly, but the rooms aren’t sound‑proof—people from the other room were audible, and we found rats lurking in the room.

The personal staff try hard, but it’s not enough. Our Deluxe room had no windows, was very drafty, and we could hear the neighbors clearly. The staff are helpful, but there’s still a lot of room for improvement.
