The café staff were friendly, but overall the experience was lacking: the room was old, cleaning was subpar, basic items like a bathrobe and shampoo were missing, the bathroom had sludge, the phone didn’t work, towels weren’t properly cleaned, and the TV was tiny with no channels.

“Um bom custo benefício com atendimento excelente”

The location is excellent, close to everything. The hotel offers parking, a very good breakfast, very attentive staff, new bedding and bath linens, and overall cleaning is done very well in all areas. The room has new, quiet air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the square and the Christ the Redeemer hill, though the TV is small and the bathroom a bit cramped, nothing that spoils the stay.
