The service and hospitality were excellent, but the bathroom didn’t meet our expectations; the ventilation system in the bathrooms needs improvement.

The staff were lively and could organize activities and cars with ease. They were always quick with room service, providing cutlery, ice, cups, and water. The room was wonderful, with powerful air‑conditioning. The pool was nice, offering pool noodles and a ball.

“Gutes, solides Hotel für die Durchreise”

The breakfast buffet was included and excellent, and the location was great. The staff were friendly, and the services offered were decent for the price. However, the pool was heavily dirty for an unknown reason, and the staff seemed totally overwhelmed during events like weddings. Checking in was always a hassle, and there was no refrigerator in the room. Management appears to be poorly organized.

The place is in a good spot. The initial confirmation message from the hotel was very professional and attentive, but it had been a while since I stayed at such an uncaring location. The worst part was the filthy room. The environment felt chaotic, with guests acting as if they could do anything, and the security guard was useless and rude. There was no hot water, and when we asked someone to check it, we waited an hour until 20:30. By 21:30 my husband had to move to another room to test the hot water and also had to go to reception for help because no one answered the phone or responded to our inquiries. The next morning we were uncomfortable and decided not to join the included breakfast. I added pictures of the second room we got and the first room we were assigned was even worse.
