The spot was great for reaching the beaches, San Teodoro’s center, and other places; it was quiet, comfortable, and had private parking. I thanked host Emanuele for the detailed directions and for letting us leave our luggage after checkout. Highly recommended.

The spot was excellent for visiting all the nearby beaches, the place was clean, and Emanuele was helpful. The lack of breakfast and a tiny, shady drying rack meant swimsuits and beach towels never dried properly.

“Non male, anche se mancano cose importanti”

The location was close to all the beaches, the room was very spacious, cool, and bright, with a comfortable bed and pillows. There was no bidet or guest welcome kit, which I consider essential. The door didn’t close with the blinds, so morning light poured in. The TV would suddenly turn on at 7 am each day, waking us up, so on the third day we had to unplug it. There was no cleaning or linen service; we used the same towels for eight days.
