The facilities were good, but the price was very high and there was confusion between what was reserved and what was paid.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service I received from the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. However, I did experience some issues with the hotel's Wi-Fi, which was slow and unreliable at times, but the staff did their best to resolve the problem. Overall, the hotel's excellent service made up for the minor technical issues I encountered.
