The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the neighborhood felt nice and safe with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The room, a budget double, wasn’t to our taste but matched the price we paid; larger, better rooms exist, so avoid this type if possible.

This is my second stay at Bala Hotel and I can recommend it without hesitation. The rooms are great—clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The hotel staff are available 24/7, always helpful, polite, and smiling. I had no problems with my room at all; cleaning was done at my request and often offered by the staff. Towels and bedding were changed daily, which is a huge plus. I will definitely come back. Everything is perfect!

The staff were friendly. The hotel is basic but well located, right on a busy road, yet my room at the back was quiet. Restaurants and shops are close by. The hotel is modern with a nice room, but the finish needs improvement.
