The house was dirty and filthy, the fridge and cooker were disgusting and manky, and the host was terrible.

The environment was clean and serene. The staff were professional.

Nothing positive. The property was very dirty, seemed abandoned, and the smell was so unpleasant that it felt unwelcoming. I had to clean the fridge and microwave myself before I could put my food in them, and the kitchen looked filthy.
