Great hotel on the Nile, good breakfast and bar

Neat and clean, but no flexibility at all. My travel plans changed, so I needed to cut the trip short. I had a refundable booking and asked for a free cancellation on the second day, but it was denied without any consideration. Hospitality should be flexible and understand guest preferences, so I won’t choose IHG for future trips.

The food was average and the same each day, and the hotel could do better at catering to all nationalities. Local transport costs were abnormally high; Uber was a better option.

Thank God, the hotel and service were the best I could hope for, and God willing we’ll return soon, especially thanks to brothers Mohamed Al‑Shimi and Walid for their warm reception, flexibility, and meeting all my requests as a guest.
