“Best b&b in the Ithaca area”

The place is beautifully maintained and the setting is peaceful, though it’s a little drive from Cornell.

“Too expensive for the offering in general.”

The place looks nice and the property manager seems to care about guests, but the price I paid was not worth the noise from the entrance lock—my room was right next to the main entrance, which should not happen; I also found two spiders and had to call the manager, who helped but the room should be cleaner for the price, especially since it’s a farmhouse; the hand soap was empty and there was only one coffee pod left for breakfast.

“A perfect stay for those seeking comfort, cleanliness, good interior design, and beautiful ground!”

A gorgeous place, spotless inside. The room and bathroom were bright and impeccably clean. Terry, the house keeper and owner, was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast table setting was fantastic! We liked everything!
