First, the manager and staff spoke rudely, and the room was not as comfortable as I wanted. The room charges were not as shown; when I arrived, the destination charges had increased. The room was just beside the gate where staff rest and sleep. The room smelled dirty, and the washroom and bedsheet were also unclean; the bedsheet was changed only after my request.

Nothing. All the images uploaded are fake; all the rooms are dirty and old. The staff behavior is inappropriate and not cooperative.
