“Agréable étape”

The welcome and staff kindness, the spacious room, and the cleanliness are positives, but the shower in the bathtub didn’t work well and the soap reservoir was positioned too high for the bathtub.

“Court séjour mais très agréable à l'hôtel le Gergovie”

We loved everything – the hotel, the room, the cleanliness, the quiet, the parking, the view of the Auvergne mountains (Puy de Dôme), the proximity to the Auvergne Zenith, and especially the friendliness of all staff, the warm welcome upon arrival and during our short stay; very few hotels are so welcoming, we’d stay longer if possible and would gladly return if we head to Clermont-Ferrand; go without hesitation, we recommend.

“A place to come back to.”

The hotel was excellent. The restaurant offered local cuisine and the breakfast buffet was very varied and complete, a perfect start for a day exploring the region.

“Welcoming overnight stay after a long drive.”

The recent refurbishment and the friendly, helpful staff are great, there’s ample parking, and the balcony offers a lovely view; nothing negative, very comfortable.

The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the evening meal were very good with plenty of options. Our bedroom was spacious, had air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the pond in the outdoor dining area. Plenty of parking was available. No issues.
