Cleanliness, service, comfort, location, breakfast (purchased separately). The only minor issue was that the room could be more sound‑proofed, or at least the window facing the neighboring property’s machines, which make a bit of noise.

Everything is close by and the staff are kind. The TV should be upgraded; otherwise everything is fine.

The spot is spot on, right next to the metro and shopping centers, but the bed felt a bit soft and the TV looks a bit dated, though that’s probably fair for the price.
