The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The cleaner arrived a little too early.

The rooms were clean and functional, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. It’s close to the Morton Amphitheater. However, the rooms were noisy from the hallway and neighboring rooms, and the smoke detector flickered like a strobe; bring an eye mask and ear plugs.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was nice. But the staff were utterly hateful when I arrived—this was the worst, most rude encounter I’ve ever had, and the employee even tried to deny it after I pointed it out. If he treats everyone like that, I’m surprised he still works there.

The spot and the views were great, and the staff were friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower had a weak stream.
