The place was spotless and the staff went above and beyond; I had no complaints at all.

“Terrible”

The staff were friendly, but everything else was awful: the hotel was filthy, the police were called every night because people were screaming in rooms and on the streets, the room itself was disgusting with mold on the walls and in the bathroom, the bed felt like cardboard, and a faint ghastly smell lingered throughout.

The rooms smelled musty, mold was present in the bathrooms, the carpets were filthy, and the air felt damp—definitely not a place I’d return to.
