I paid for breakfast one day, but it wasn’t very good. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, the beds were too soft, and the internet service was terrible.

Everything from check‑in to check‑out went smoothly, and the concierge lady—Margeaux, I think—was excellent. The hotel itself was very good, though the phone in the room didn’t work.

The spot in Coconut Grove with bay views is wonderful. The valet was friendly but expensive.
