The spot was easy to reach, but the rooms felt cramped and old‑fashioned, and the main downstairs bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant smell that didn’t go away.

The location was great and we walked a lot. The hotel was clean. There weren’t enough pillows, and the wooden couch was uncomfortable and hard.

We found the hotel comfortable enough for our two nights, with a somewhat dated decor that was acceptable; the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the on‑site restaurant was excellent, though a bit pricey. The bathroom was small and looked old; the shower was weak, and despite complaining about a constantly dripping bath/shower tap, the issue wasn’t resolved.
