Everything was perfect! Beautiful location, comfortable bed, fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Very relaxing and just a 30‑minute walk from St Michael’s Mount and the beach.

“Peaceful, pleasant and picturesque!”

The place was very quiet. The tent was roomy and cozy, and the on‑site facilities were clean, pretty, and had everything we needed. The host was lovely—she gave us a tour when we arrived and was incredibly helpful with food suggestions and directions. We didn’t see her again until a morning chat on our last day, which was exactly what she knew her guests wanted, haha. We spent our mornings sipping tea with the birds, then in the evenings after our day trips we stargazed—caught a few shooting stars! Nothing negative, except that we needed a plug in our tent a few times, but that could have been solved with a power bank; we were first‑time glampers and didn’t know what to bring. There were plugs in the kitchen, so it was a moot point.

Carrie is a fantastic host. When we arrived she gave us local information and suggestions for places to visit and eat. The site was quiet, except for horses trotting by, which was rather nice. The other guests spent hours in the kitchen area, which probably meant we didn’t get to cook until after meal times. Most guests, I guess, think of others using the facilities too.
