Location and facilities. Cleanliness, organisation from staff, wait time to check in due to room Not been ready (had nothing to do with the Reno’s the room Was not ready) also over priced for what it is now

The bed was comfortable and the room stayed very tidy, but the room price was high and there was no staff at the reception to help with check‑in.

“Enjoyable”

The cleanliness and the service. Parking could be free for all hotel guests without becoming a member. Of the gambling side of the business
