The place was comfy and tidy, and they offered free laundry for guests, with staff that were friendly. The only downside was that it sits on a quiet avenue with little foot traffic and a bit far from the main tourist spots.

“Just okay”

Clean sheets on arrivals. 1. Rude woman in kitchen 2. Breakfast 0/10 language barrier makes it worse 3. My bed not made to perfection daily just sheets thrown over to cover the bed

“How this is listed as a 4 star hotel is beyond me”

Nothing special to highlight, but the breakfast was basic and disgusting, the shower lacked a curtain rail so water splashed everywhere, the windows let in all the noise from party buses that passed all night, and the pool was situated across a car park.

The person who handled the check‑out was pleasant, the mattress was comfortable, and check‑in was free before 15:00, which is why I didn’t give it a zero. The location was extremely noisy, the balcony door wasn’t fixed so motorcycle noise rang 24/7, the shower water ran onto the whole floor, the pool was badly damaged and poorly located on the ground floor opposite the buildings, the breakfast offered very few sweet options and the butter was behind a glass that made it oily and stale, the milk behind the glass was lukewarm, the juices were diluted with water, the toast was stale, we asked to change rooms after seeing the one we were given but were told it was full even though we were the only guests, we paid for 13 nights but left after one night with no refund, they offered a relocation during the key handover but said all rooms were identical so nothing changed, and the photos were completely misleading and obviously Photoshop’d.

I only stayed one night, so I can’t judge fully, but the hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the price was reasonable.
