The reception staff are respectful, very helpful, and polite. The housekeeping staff were dirty, the bathroom had a strong odor of male soap, and the towels were filthy; it was obvious that they had not been replaced in years.

The hotel’s location was great, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the price felt steep; a proper cleaning routine would make a big difference.

“Dirty room, worn out furniture.”

The room was filthy, with a broken table, stinky towels, stained walls, and a sheet that only covered the top of the mattress, exposing the sides and a yellow‑stained undersheet. Paying by card added a 10% surcharge. The room lacked water bottles and coffee spoons, and the kettle was yellow inside. TV channels were barely visible.
