“Excelente atención, muy amable el talento humano en general”
The price‑to‑quality ratio was great, yet the internet was very slow.

The staff were attentive, but there was no hot water in the shower.

The price was good, but the room was very small.

The hotel sits in the city centre, very convenient and offers a good price‑quality ratio; I stayed on the 8th floor and the rooms were renovated, hoping it stays that way for a future visit to Caracas.
