The room was clean and spacious, but the surrounding area is terrible and has a bad reputation; the hotel itself is very pretty but is tucked into a triangle of streets that feel like a gothic city.

“Good Location but a bit underwhelming”

The hotel sits in a convenient spot in Naples and the staff were eager to help, but the room felt old and basic with limited breakfast choices. The outdoor area was nice, yet the parasols were broken or not set up during the day, the Wi‑Fi was weak, and the air‑con unit in the room was broken so I couldn’t adjust the temperature.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and the location was close to restaurants, the metro, and trains, which was perfect. Initially the area felt a bit scary, litter was everywhere, and there were derelict buildings, but I realized that’s just part of Naples, so I accepted it and enjoyed my stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and genuinely concerned about my safety and needs, yet the surrounding area was unsafe and dirty, although the hotel itself was clean.

“Toller Neapel Ausflug”

The hotel is perfectly located for walking around Naples. The room was very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast selection was also good and varied. Unfortunately the fried eggs and scrambled eggs at breakfast were always cold; I would have liked them fresh and cooked to order. On the second day the shower towel was forgotten and not replaced, but that was no problem, the hand towel worked fine. 😉
