The place was beautiful, calm, and relaxing, but the dining hall staff were insufficient and the service was slow—waiting over 15 minutes for a glass of water and having to ask multiple times.
Staff was excellent. Karan was very helpful and took very good care of us with a smile on his face. Location of the property is exceptionally scenic. The blankets were thin and the room heater was not working consistently While the blanket covers were clean they seemed worn out

The location is good, yet the staff and the facilities they provide are not satisfactory.
The location was good, but that's about it - the hotel had some major issues. The rooms hadn't been checked before we got there, and mine was missing a door lock, so I had to switch rooms. The second room was missing basic stuff like shower gel and glasses, and when I called room service, no one answered. It wasn't until I wrote a complaint that things got fixed, but it ruined a whole day of my trip.
