“Great location but could have been cleaner”

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The only issue was that there was no chair or table.

When I asked to cancel, they did it without any hassle—thanks a lot for that. The cleanliness was terrible: linens had stains, hair, and there was dirt on the dresser beside the bed.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the rooms next to the reception. The room itself had no glass or cup, no microwave, and there was no drinking water available.
