It was close to the bus stop, had food places nearby, the stadium was 15 min away, and very clean. The price hike was due to the BTS concert.

The room was spacious and cozy with a large bathroom that had a bathtub. My room had no window (actually it was curtained because it faced a neighboring building, so there was little daylight).
