Leeden Hotel Hangzhou

We were a group of three and had a really spacious room, which was also spotless - the staff were friendly too. The little robot that delivered our orders was a fun touch. We didn't have any issues during our stay, so that's a plus.

The staff were really friendly and the hotel's location was perfect. That's about it, but it was enough for a pleasant stay.

“Good people, facilities are not top class, but it is convenient to the Hangzhou subway and economica”

The manager was really helpful and checked in on me a few times to make sure I was okay. The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the Hangzhou metro. The breakfast was delicious and felt really authentic. However, I did notice that the rooms don't have irons or ironing boards, and there's no laundry service - although there is a free laundry room with irons and boards.

This hotel is literally right next to the metro, which was a lifesaver. It's also pretty new, with great breakfasts and lovely staff.
