The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay; everything was flawless.

Everything was great. When I checked in, the receptionist promised my sister—who also booked—that I’d get an adjacent room when I arrived, but the room was already occupied. I’d prefer not to keep promises that can’t be fulfilled.
