I got great value for the price and the host Patrick was a legend, always at breakfast and ready to chat about anything. The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness—there was mould in the shower cubicle. Breakfast was solid for what we paid, and overall the stay was very good; I’d definitely come back.

Patrick the host was superb and super helpful. The shower was tiny but usable, and the steep hill up to All Seasons was a real workout.

The breakfast was very cozy, with lots of conversation among guests and the host. Rules were clear and you felt welcomed in this beautiful old building. It’s atmospheric and a real experience if you love retro vibes. The bed could have been better.

Patrick is a friendly host who chats and gives great tips for the Isle of Man, even some shortcuts for walking back since the property sits on a hill. Breakfast offers a generous variety of cereals. We’d love a microwave in the evening for take‑away, and a Tesco Express is within walking distance. It’s a bit outdated; more lights or a brighter bulb in the room would help if you want to read after exploring the island.
