Nothing, because the announcement and reality are far apart! No air conditioning for the region is actually a must. No wardrobe, no place to store dishes. The fridge is in the wrong spot.

The room and bathroom are a good size, everything is fairly clean, and all the cooking essentials are available. The location is good and the area is quiet. Parking is on the side of the street.

The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, the bedside fan was appreciated, the location was quiet, and the host’s check‑in instructions were clear. The property is about a 30‑minute walk from Sassuolo Radici station (buses run during the day), which feels a bit far to me. I also thought it was a little pricey for what it is, but there were few alternatives when I booked.
