“Acho que precisa melhorar”

The staff are attentive, yet they are only present during the day; after hours you have to go in and out alone with no one to turn to in case of an emergency. They give you a key for a glass door, which made me feel unsafe.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's near the beach, but everything is very difficult—service, breakfast, no sheets, no soap.

“NÃO CONSEGUI ME HOSPEDAR, NÃO ABRIRAM O ESTABELECIMENTO PARA EU ENTRAR”

I booked a stay in João Pessoa – Paraíba, from 9 to 10 August at Hotel Luar do Atlântico, paying 150 reais by credit card. My flight landed in João Pessoa at 0:40 on 10 August, and when I arrived at about 1:20 the name on the front desk was different (Pousada Estrela do Mar) and no one was there to receive me, so I was left on the street. I had to stay at the neighboring hotel (Hotel Pess). How can I be compensated for the 150 reais paid, since the establishment did not open its door for me? Reservation number is 6471842284.
