The staff were very pleasant and helpful. As a disabled person, I appreciated the assistance I received.

Getting to the breakfast spot was a breeze, and we liked our time there, but some people who weren't staying at the hotel were swimming in the pool and their kid was really annoying to my grandkids. Not cool.

I couldn't even use my room or check in, so there was nothing positive to mention.

The room was quiet, the bed was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning unit had no display to show the temperature, was very cold when we arrived, we had to unplug it and plug it back in, and we couldn't see how to set the temperature, so it was on fan all night and not very cold.
