Everything was beautiful, delicious, and exceptional—from the welcome, kindness, accommodation, comfort, cleanliness, tasting, calm, spa & wellness, scenery, to the location—an absolute dream. Violaine & Gaspard were incredibly kind, perfect hosts, and their cottage was simply paradise on earth. It felt like everything we loved, sought, and desired was gathered at Les Grangeonnes. We discovered the Nordic bath, a wellness revelation, with a stunning sunset backdrop and a night of shooting stars—what more could you ask for? The houses were tastefully decorated, with a few essentials provided (spices, dish soap), and the appliances were perfect. The living spaces were huge and cozy, utterly adorable. The outdoors were gorgeous, with a wild side and hidden cozy corners for relaxation that felt like a treasure hunt for our inner child. The spa facilities were beautiful, gentle, and incredibly well-suited to the landscape—no garish structures or out-of-place items. Everything was thoughtfully designed (e.g., child-friendly areas with plenty of safety measures). At night, the lighting was soothing and reassuring. The whole stay felt like a waking dream, and we wanted to shout to the world that this place exists, yet also keep it as a precious secret. Obviously, if you’re looking for crowds, big stores, luxury boutiques, or glamorous parties, there’s the rest of the world for that. Here at Les Grangeonnes, thanks to Violaine & Gaspard, we lived a little dream—a short but blissful vacation, truly my best holidays. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect!

Tout était vraiment super. Les propriétaires sont adorables, les espaces extérieurs au top (piscine, terrain de pétanque, terrasses, etc). L’endroit est incroyable, très calme, apaisant, au cœur de la nature (forêt de châtaigniers). Parfait pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. La possibilité d’amener les animaux de compagnie est un vrai plus. (notre chien s’est régalé lui aussi). Je recommande à 100%. Rien. Tout était parfait

A nice place tucked away in the woods, but it was pretty remote and we had to climb a lot of stairs just to get to the cabin.
