Having to provide a cash deposit was ridiculous, and the staff barely understood English.

If anything the price. They make you pay 50 cash deposit the air is not on so it takes like 4 hours for the room to get comfortable

We have stayed there several times and we always ask for the same room and we get it; there was nothing to complain about.
