The location is good, but the room wasn’t ready at the agreed arrival time. Moreover, there is only one bathroom shared by all guests, and they impose many conditions on bringing pets.

Everything was flawless on my second visit, a year later: everything was tidied up with great care, the spaces were pleasant, the TV lounge was very relaxing, everything worked smoothly, the atmosphere was calm and very positive, and everything was well organized. There was no dissatisfaction.

“very nice hostel in central filandia”

very good hostel, great location in town centre, very quiet, house of 3 levels, with L1 various spaces, kitchen, non-dorm rooms; L2 lounge, tv, L3 dorm 8 beds fitted into roof space, each has light, power, curtain, drawer under, + locker : daytime heats up quickly (oven-like for siesta if there is sun) - better if shady day, night cools down quickly; toilet/shower 2 levels down. owner very helpful a relaxing place for me for a few days, after bustling Cali - easy to wander the town, but also to relax at the hostel. in filandia square, there are jeeps to salento that leave frequently - makes easy day trip filandia still has plenty of tourists (esp in day), and many pretty cafes, restos around, nice that main square has a safe pedestrian zone around it. seems 1 bathroom to cover most rooms dorm: - has 1 hanging rack but really needs another, esp if mult people - 2 level downstairs at night to toilet - some LED motion sensor lights on stairs would be good filandia tip: cools down quickly from sunset, wear long pants out w repellant - mosquitos come to eat (also through the night in dorm). cleaning of spaces could be a bit sharper

The place matched the description – clean, comfortable, and just right for a short stay. The staff were overly friendly and always close by, which made the visit pleasant.

The location couldn't be better, and the room was spacious with a super comfy bed. David Jaramillo was on hand around the clock, both inside and outside the property, like a local mayor. Honestly, everything was perfect.
