The hotel was beautiful, but the bar and coffee shop were closed. They explained it was due to a slow period, yet those closures were a major reason I had booked here. Aside from that, the property was very clean and pleasant.

The room was nice and quirky, but the reception staff rolled her eyes and was rude upon arrival. Even though the room was cute, it was annoying that the shower light also illuminated the bedroom.

The staff were very professional and courteous, and the valet services were exceptionally convenient; the room was perfect. Everything was perfect.
