Very nice host! It’s in a good location, close to the CTM bus station and the bus to the airport. The garden is nice.

“Pratique pour le bus.”

The proximity to the CTM bus station is great—that’s why I stayed one night here. When I arrived I felt like I was in an asylum because the staff were apathetic and I started to think I was going crazy; by 1 a.m. the noise was like a train hall, and there was no staff to keep it quiet. No toilet paper or hand soap. Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. was always empty, even though you need to be at the station by 8 a.m. for the first CTM bus.

The hostel is fenced. Inside there’s a garden with orange trees that were full of oranges in March. The room is spacious with five beds. There are no bunk beds. The cleanliness is at the Moroccan standard. The hostel is very safe. The entrance gate is controlled by the caretaker.

The location near the train and CTM station is great—just a few minutes’ walk. Unfortunately, like other youth hostels of the international organization in Morocco, it’s neither really clean nor does it reflect the Moroccan hospitality I usually experience across the country. The staff are poorly paid employees, and that’s how they behave. I don’t mean to blame the staff, but it seems to be a systemic issue of the organization… a pity.

The staff were incredibly kind, the place was quiet and spacious, and everything else was perfect.
