I was close to the interstate and the staff were nice, even sending a coffee maker to my room when I requested it. The pool was closed, an omission in the booking, and the air conditioner was extremely loud.

“Will look elsewhere next time”

I had hoped the pool would be open, but it was closed. Our room’s AC leaked onto the carpet, creating a large puddle.

There was no room service unless we asked for it, and nobody checked in to see if we needed anything.

“I’ll give it 5/10 it was a last minute stay”

The shower had good water pressure. My sheets were dirty, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the linen for the shower was missing. I also couldn’t use the pool area.

The staff were excellent, especially at the front desk, though the front desk staff themselves had some issues.
