It’s probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Hanoi; the location is ideal for visiting all the major sights, the staff are professional and friendly, and I’ll definitely return.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The property is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant streets, restaurants, and attractions: The rooms were incredibly spacious and ideal for our family of four. Having two separate single beds for the kids (12 and 13) made a huge difference, and everyone had plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated after busy days sightseeing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the quality of the linen made for a great night's sleep. Best breakfast- we ate here every day of our stay! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. A highlight of our trip was the surprise birthday celebration at breakfast. The staff brought out a birthday cake and sang to me—it was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that I was holding back tears. It's a memory I'll cherish forever. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hanoi!. Honestly, nothing! We have no negative comments at all. This property was a true gem, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The curtains block the sun really well, the mattresses feel comfy, and the linens look spotless. The bathroom is roomy and tidy, complete with a bathtub, and the room stays very quiet. Everything is top‑class and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is solid, the buffet and menu are good, the Wi‑Fi works well, and the location is great.

“An absolutely wonderful stay with the most dedicated staff I have ever met.”

People make the company, and they are its greatest asset regardless of the industry. This rule was proven 100% true at the Bespoke Boutique Hotel. I have stayed at many hotels across Asia, including Vietnam, but I have never encountered such a committed team. The entire staff ensures that every guest feels excellent—even better than at home. I would like to especially thank Lena and the whole team for their dedication and help; it was a wonderful stay. I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience to anyone visiting Hanoi.
