Vila Vicença Natural Refuge

Everything there is very cozy when you want to stay alone or as a couple; the bathtub is also great! The climb up to the chalet gets a bit rough if it rains unless you’re already loaded in the car.

“Um refúgio em meio a natureza”

I loved the tranquility and natural beauty of this place, it's close to a canyon and the views of the valley are stunning. Our chalé was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen, plus we could park our car right next to it. The property is situated near a small river that you can cross on foot, which was really cool. Check-in and check-out were handled via WhatsApp, which was convenient.

“The place is beautiful, basic things about a guest experience are very poorly thought”

We had a bit of a mixed experience at this property. The location is great and the property itself is beautiful, our chalé was new and had everything we needed, the jacuzzi was a nice touch even if there were no instructions on how to use it. However, we arrived late and the self check-in process was confusing, we had to wander around for 40 minutes in the dark to find our chalé since there were no signs with numbers and the houses are spread out all over the property.

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place, and the nature surroundings are amazing. That being said, I was a bit surprised by the lack of outlets for lighting near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient.
