When I booked, I asked for an early check‑in. That request wasn’t honored, and when I asked about the possibility they wanted to charge half a day, which was never mentioned in the booking or any hotel reply. The room didn’t have a full‑length mirror, only a small one over the sink. Cleaning was inadequate; we found a flip‑flop left under the bed.

Morning coffee, comfort, service and location were all good. The room cleaning left something to be desired.

The location and room size were fine. The facilities were old, the shower only produced lukewarm water, and the balcony had no lock. They offered an old safe with a heavy key and a $100 penalty if it was lost. I understand early check‑in isn’t always possible, but we were only offered it for 50 % of the rate and there were less than two hours left before the normal check‑in time.
