“Beautiful family vacation”
The place was clean and well‑located, but we didn’t have any drinking water in the room.
I paid extra to guarantee satisfaction and it never let me down, everything was flawless, but I can’t redeem the complimentary room from a year ago.
My fiance and I spent a wonderful weekend here, snowboarding and enjoying the hotel's convenient features. The contactless check-in was a lifesaver after a late arrival, and although we had some trouble with the door code the next morning, the staff was quick to respond and fix the issue. I appreciated the Roku TV in the room, which allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows after a long day on the slopes.
“Excellent, staff were warm and welcoming”
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and I loved the decor, with no complaints.
There was no breakfast, but the room itself was comfortable, and the outdoor area was pleasant enough to relax in.
