Francesco met us and helped us with our four‑day via ferrata trip; it was the most professional and kind check‑in I’ve ever experienced. We asked to leave our bags and owner Lorenzo agreed. He took the bags back when we returned and everything was great. Highly recommend; I wish we had stayed longer.

“Life saving toasties”

We arrived late because of unreliable flights, but night manager Francesco took excellent care of us—he poured beers, offered crisps and snacks, and even made us toasties. Great service.

The staff’s welcome, especially Francesco, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly competent. The “king of hot chocolate with cream” was a highlight! The spa is small but well‑made. The library and bar area are tastefully and lovingly furnished and very welcoming. The balcony in the room offers a mountain panorama! The bathroom in the room is a bit small.
