They managed to accommodate us for one night on short notice and the reception staff were friendly enough, but the property was very tired and music played in the atrium until late, keeping us awake.

The hotel is comfortable because it’s very close to the park entrance, but otherwise it’s average; the bathroom is small.

The service quality was excellent, the room was close to the running trail, the pool was within easy reach from the room, and the pool stayed open all night.

The place is very close to the Grand Canyon and you can walk to a lot of restaurants nearby. However, the room advertised two queen beds turned out to be far from the standard queen size, so my husband and I had to lie on our sides all night to fit. On top of that, we spotted bugs crawling in the bathroom, so overall it didn’t feel worth the price.
