“Good place for a short stay”
The staff were really nice, the location was perfect, though it can get a bit noisy at night. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in my room; I could only connect near the entrance.

The location is great. Inside the room, there were no storage options; the wardrobe was awkwardly placed in the corner next to the bed. One side had a fridge and the other a safe, leaving only one table usable. The clothes rack was positioned very high. There was only one armchair, even though two would have been better. Lighting came only from a spot on the high ceiling, with no reading lamp by the bed. The shower was spacious and nice, but the toilet was very narrow, and you had to bend to tear off the paper.

We had a fantastic stay. The bed and pillows were very cozy, allowing us to sleep wonderfully. A small but lovely touch was the multi‑layer toilet paper—finally a hotel that offers that! Service is truly emphasized throughout the property; the staff are super friendly and helpful, and other hotels should look to this as an example. The welcome drinks were excellent, and a highlight was the free coffee and pastries available from 14:00 in the breakfast room—where can you find that today? Mega! The rooftop bar is great, offering a fantastic panoramic view. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Porto, and the dining right around the corner is excellent. The only criticism, which is a very high‑level complaint, is that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t mar the overall impression at all.

The location is amazing! The only downside is that there are bars right next to the building, so it can be loud if your room faces the street; mine faced a hallway, so I heard a bit but not too much—maybe ask for that when checking in. Other than that, it was fantastic, and I’d stay there again if I return to Porto. The street noise from the bars is audible a little, and the double twin bed is awful.
