I booked what I thought was a studio apartment, but when we arrived we were handed a room that wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. The listing photos were misleading, and even my reservation still showed the apartment pictures. I had a long talk with the owner, but he couldn’t explain why it was okay. The whole thing was frustrating.

The apartment was spotless, had kitchen tools, and the shower was like a spaceship—cool. But the host was grumpy and we waited almost half an hour for her to hand over the keys. There's not much to do in Bimbol, and the location, while decent, is pretty dull.

Great location and view, linens clean, staff helpful, but the bathroom was a bit dirty and the room felt cramped.
